E3 2010: June 15th
Doing this one a little differently; I'm gonna list the points and games revealed and announced first, then add summaries and notes afterwards.

Nintendo Press Conference
1. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - 2011
A trailer to start off Nintendo's Press Conference, and damn did it start off. Miyamoto coming out for a gameplay demo soon followed.
The new Zelda has cel-shading, and some 1:1 control with the sword and shield now. The sword is held by Link the same exact way you hold the wiimote, whether you wave it around or stand still. You can raise the shield by raising the nunchuck. Some enemies require you to attack horizontally or vertically, while other enemies requires you to reflect rocks with your shield bash.
A gate in the demo was following the tip of Link's sword, and Miyamoto spun the sword in circles to confuse it. Afterward, he explained that each item is mapped to a button of your choice and comes out on a wheel (like GTA), and showed us the 1:1 gameplay of bombs and slingshots, along with bowling bombs. Then he proceeded to show us the bow in action. It wasn't working very well because of wireless interference.
Then the new item came out, the beetle, which is shot out and can be controlled in the air to fly around. You can use it to pick up items, though it seems to be disabled after a set amount of time. Soon after, Miyamoto switched over to the whip. It flies out and changes movement based on how you swing the wiimote around. It can cut large areas of grass at once, and retrieve items from a distance.
You can roll by shaking the nunchuck, and you can also run by holding A as you run.
2. Mario Sports Mix - 2011
Ever wanted to see Mario play volleyball? Hockey? Dodgeball? Even basketball? Look no further.
3. Wii Party - 9/19/2010
Uh. Trailer. It's Mario Party with Miis instead?
4. Just Dance 2 - N/A
I really don't want to explain what I saw.
5. Golden Sun: Dark Dawn - This Holiday
The trailer for this game is full of gameplay, and I'm pretty pumped for it.
6. GoldenEye 007 - This Holiday
HOLY FUCKING SHIT NEW GOLDENEYE GAME WITH ONLINE AND SPLIT SCREEN MULTIPLAYER AND I SAW BOND SNAP SOMEONE'S NECK.
7. Disney's Epic Mickey - 9/16/2010
The first big thing said about this is "Playstyle Matters", which is promising. Everything you do affects the characters, environment, and story around you. The platforming looks solid, with the cartoonish look being right at home. You can use paint to create, and paint thinner to erase. This isn't limited to objects; you can do it to enemies as well.
And the 2D platforming segments to get to the next world is AWESOME.
8. Kirby's Epic Yarn - This Fall
Kirby's back, and he's missing his full colors! Made of yarn, Kirby lassos everything from enemies to balls of yarn to platform and defeat enemies. From pulling gaps closer to him with string, grabbing onto a bird to fly upwards, or catching the boss' tongue to slam him in the eye, it looks very promising.
The new Kirby forms are sexy too.
9. Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies - 7/11/2010
There wasn't much said about this game than what is already known about it, but it'll be out soon.
10. Metroid: Other M - 8/31/2010
All that was shown was a trailer FULL of gameplay and more gameplay, and it looks like the best Metroid game yet.
11. Donkey Kong Country Returns - This Holiday
Holy shit. It's just what you expect; Donkey Kong Country coming back with a vengeance. And it might have co-op?
12. Nintendo 3DS - N/A
Everyone knows that the 3DS is the handheld that lets you see 3D without glasses, but only the top screen. It has a switch on the side to let you adjust the settings from 2D to 3D, and anything in between. It has a camera, so it's compatible with DSi games, and two cameras on the outside so that you can take pictures and view them in 3D. There's going to be a ton of games at launch to play with, including Kid Icarus: Uprising, and a ton of a other titles such as Ridge Racer, Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, Assassin's Creed, and Kingdom Hearts.
It has an analog pad like the PSP, and seems better than the PSP's. It's capable of playing movies, though there's no confirmed movies besides a few smaller titles, but that's still awesome. And the graphics? Much more powerful. Kid Icarus totally demonstrates that.
There was something about downloading data, like ghost data and rankings, while it was in sleep mode or something; and communication too. Sorry, but I didn't pay much attention to it because of some earlier games announced. Derp.
And to top it all off, it has motion control, like the SIXAXIS and iPhone. Awesome.
13. Kid Icarus: Uprising - N/A
For the 3DS, Kid Icarus returns. It shows how the graphics improved for the 3DS, as well as being BADASS. FLIGHT SEQUENCES, BEAM RIFLES, BEAM SABERS, AND EPIC COMBAT.
14. Nintendogs + cats - N/A
Nothing revealed except for the name. Seriously.
